Water Contaminated
Oil System - Dehydrate oil below 100 PPM
water and filter oil at 3 micron absolute while system is
operating

Gas Turbine Switch Valve Repairs
- On coolers and oil filters pull out turbine oil and store it
while you repair valve and clean out oil reservoir if necessary.
Then dehydrate and filter oil to 3 micron absolute.

Turnarounds or Shutdowns -
Empty oil reservoir in storage tanks and clean it out and purify
the oil before you put it back in.

Vacuum the Bottom of Paper
Machine Lube Oil Console - While in operation go through the
hatches on top of the tank and run the oil through the dehydrator
and 3 different filter systems. This removes sludge and metals
from system.

Seal Oil Purification -
Remove light hydrocarbons from seal lubricants, so they can be
re-used. H2S and light ends can be discharged into a
flare system.
